Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Shona Joy pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a direct size exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to attach to your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt.
